1. Job Summary:

A NetSuite Business Analyst Intern in BTM VN plays a role in supporting Senior Business Analyst in collecting and documenting requirements from client for Oracle NetSuite Cloud ERP/CRM. He/she defines functional specs, test cases and ensures the development teams develop the right products and deliver to the clients the functions and usability they expect to have.

2. Job Detail:

• Support the Senior BA in assessing the client’s business needs and business processes (current and future).
• Document the client’s business requirements, test cases, functional specs in detail, together with all assumptions and caveats included.
• Define quality attributes, external interfaces, constraints, and other nonfunctional requirements.
• Participate in reviews of work products derived from requirements specifications to ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctly.
• Provide user training and support production.

3. Requirement:

• Final year students in finance/accounting, management information system, computer science or related fields.
• Able to work a minimum of 32 hours/week.
• Dynamic, opening to learn, good communication skills.
• Oriented to work long-term in Cloud ERP consulting. Want to work with international ERP solutions such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft.
• Understanding Vietnamese accounting is an advantage.
• Must have good English skills, including speaking, reading, listening and writing.
