1. Job Summary:

The BTM VN NetSuite Marketing Specialist will handle all marketing programs for BTM VN across a variety of channels. She/he will promote BTM Services and Oracle NetSuite Products by developing marketing plans and then overseeing the implementation and execution of the various efforts associated with the plan. This includes researching the market, analyzing trends to define the organization’s marketing strategy, and providing advice as to how to reach the target market. She/he also liaises with sales and other departments to implement various internal and external communications for the company.

2. Job Detail:

Essential functions:           

  • Creates marketing strategy and plan for BTM VN by partnership with sales, delivery and operations departments to define marketing activities that will meet defined organizational objectives and budget.
  • Performs or oversees all marketing activities of BTM VN. This will include coordinating with the marketing team from BTM US and also Oracle NetSuite Marketing team.
  • Manages and communicates the life cycle of each marketing task from planning to tactical delivery.
  • Develops strategic messaging to position BTM VN in the marketplace.
  • Overall responsibility for BTM VN brand management and corporate identity.
  • Communicate with existing clients to obtain input for marketing materials like quotes, testimonials, etc.
  • Prepares digital and print marketing materials.
  • Organizes promotional events at trade shows and other venues, coordinating with Sales team to ensure prompt delivery of marketing materials.
  • Manages and improves lead generation campaigns and measures result.
  • Researches and then demonstrates knowledge of BTM capabilities and service lines. Conducts market research for current products & services.
  • Work with Sales team to provide necessary marketing material and input.
  • Promotes BTM VN and its brand in local, national and trade related media.
  • Maintains effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
  • Manages BTM VN updates and news via the BTM Website, social media, and other e-communications channels in coordination with BTM US marketing team.
  • Works with 3rd party marketing partners to push marketing and news updates.
  • Communicates with management team about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh marketing strategies for future.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by BTM VN NetSuite Practice Manager.

3. Requirement:

Education, Experience and Other Skills:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years in marketing position.
  • Experience building marketing programs and reporting on the results.
  • Exposure to digital and direct response marketing.
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
  • Thorough knowledge of marketing best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Must have good English skills (equivalent TOEIC 550).
